These industrial CNC machines are for both 2D and 3D production of components from wood, plastics, steel, brass, vinyl, aluminium and composite materials.
The compact and powerful design ensures results in a versatile production tool that is accurate, fast and easy to use.
The machine is of mono-construction and made from heavy duty steel box-section and steel chassis to ensure optimum performance at high speeds.
Incorporating quality precision ball-screws (rack-n-pinion on XD machines) with linear guides and high torque drive motors enables very fast and precise machining. Additionally the EM and EMXD range use water-cooled electro spindles which represent both quiet and dynamic machining of many materials.
All machines have an XYZ accuracy of 0.05mm at high speeds and represent the very best value for money.
