Tooling Machining

We offer a tooling service for standard and non standard designs.

All tools are manufactured and supported in the UK which reduces lead times for non standard tools.

Standard tools are generally precision ground solid carbide and include single, double and triple flute.

The helix can be of various angles to assist with chip removal.

Standard tools also include engraving, v-cutting, molding and many other tool types.

Special tools are again precision ground solid carbide, however HSS can also be used. All specials can have a combination of flutes and helix angles to suit production needs.

Peripheral tools are also available for standard collets, ISO30 and HSKF63 tool carriers.

Additionally digital measuring devices (caliper) assist tool measuring and programming.
