Industrial CNC machines for profiling of Steel and Alloys.

These versatile CNC machines are of mono-construction and made from heavy duty steel box-section and cast-iron chassis to ensure optimum performance at high speeds.
Incorporating quality precision rack-n-pinion drives with linear guides and high torque drive motors enables very fast and precise profiling.

Additionally the EMP and EMP XD range use HYPERTHERM or THERMADYNE plasma sources resulting in optimum cut quality and running costs.  

All machines have an XYZ accuracy of 0.1mm at high speeds and represent the very best value for money.

Robotic plasma systems allow the automated cutting (mitre, compound and straight) as well as holes and slots into rolled steels up to 40M in length. Utilizing the six axis plasma all faces of the component can be fabricated without any handling.

All CNC machines are available with dynamic CAD CAM software to optimize the production of drawings, nesting's and machining.
